I want to get married at the Pemaquid Lighthouse?

We are planning to elope (just the 2 of us) and want to get married at the lighthouse but I am having a hard time contacting anyone there to see what I have to do. Do I need a permit if it’s just the two of us and the JP? Do I have to get permission or can we just go and do it? Please help…We want to do it in the next couple of weeks.

You should call them and ask. I just looked at pics, its very pretty! But if they often rent it out for functions, you should make sure that there’s nothing going on there when you want to do it.
