I need some instructions on making and decorating my own wedding cake.

My boyfriend likes whipped icing, and that was his only stipulation on any future wedding cake that we may have. However, whipped icing has to be refrigerated, so I thought it would be a bad idea. Are there any bakers out there who might know more about this?

I am looking for an extract or flavoring for making white chocolate icing for a wedding cake. My icing needs to be bright white and I need an easy no fail way to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have seen recipes where you melt white chocolate but that looks difficult and more time consuming. And I’m not sure how truly white that would be.

I’m planning on giving away boxes filled with chcolates as gifts for my wedding. I would like to make them myself. I found some exquisite boxes for them.
