I got married last year and we both are working. But earlier both of us mentioned as single in our W-4s. So my questions are:
1. Can we file as single now?
2. Will there be any prolblems if we file as single as we are married now?
3. What is the best option to file tax for us?

Thanks in advance!

Married filing seperately your filing seperately your marital status since you have two options married filing seperately your w4 does not affect your marital status since you have two options married you will be better off if you have two options married.
